Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing safe, high-quality cosmetics. Due to the nature of our products, we have a No Returns policy on all cosmetics, except under specific conditions outlined below.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns:

Once a product has been opened, it may be contaminated and could pose a risk to your health. This includes cross contamination that could occur with frequent returns.
Contamination Risk: To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, we do not accept returns of any items that have been unsealed, used, or tampered with. Return Exceptions:

Unopened and Unsealed Items: If you receive the wrong product or wish to return an unopened unsealed product, it must be in its original, sealed condition—this includes all packaging and any boxes that the product came in (excluding its shipping container of course) and must be shipped to us within 5 business days of your purchase. If the outer packaging or seal has been broken or damaged, the item cannot be returned. To initiate a return, click the chat icon located at the bottom right of your screen. We strive to respond within 24 - 48 hours.

Return Shipping:

Return Shipping Costs: Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless an error occurred on our part.
